Ornaments For Every Season
Have you ever seen someone's yard full of ornaments? They are everywhere, and there can be so many lights that it lights up the whole yard and more. There are ornaments for every season or holiday just to make your yard different and feel festive. They can be very pretty, cool, and scary. There are ornaments for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, The Fourth of July, New Year's Eve, Halloween, etc. When the stores get the ornaments in it is like they are on fire because they are gone in a matter days. People love to spend their money on these kinds of things because they want their yard to stick out from all the rest.
Christmas ornaments include plastic Santa Claus figures, reindeer and light up reindeer, snowmen, lots of lights on the house and the trees, candy canes, blow up balls that have the snowman or Santa Claus in it, wording, and much more. Some people tend to go a little bit overboard on this. Sometimes you can see this for miles. Some people will drive out just to see the ornate decorations on these yards.
Thanksgiving is during the season when the leaves turn into different colors, and it so beautiful outside. People start to decorate the inside of their home with pumpkin, corn, turkey, leaves, ornaments on their doors, sticker on their windows, and many more places.
Easter is big on things that go on your windows, doors, church and dressing up. They lay eggs on the ground for the kids to find to put into Easter baskets. They color eggs in all different colors and styles of design. They have someone dress up as the Easter bunny for the kids. Religiously speaking, Easter is when Jesus rises from the dead, and Christmas is the celebration of His birth.
The Fourth of July is when they put out flags, banners, and fireworks displays. People have picnics to watch the fireworks that are going off. The Fourth of July celebrates our independence from England.
New Year's Eve is when people go out drinking to watch the ball drop for the New Year. They put out the New Year Baby, lights, streamers, banners, etc. It is to welcome the New Year and New Year's resolutions.
Halloween is the holiday to go out and dress up as all different kinds of things. They dress up as vampires, ghosts, princesses, monsters, pirates, witches, and much, much more. People put ornaments on their windows, doors, their yards, and their trees. The kids walk around the streets, knock on the doors, and ask for tricks or treats.
