You get all the right support material and are ready to start work. But have you stopped to think if what you are doing falls under the category of legitimate work from home jobs or if you are getting involved in making money by cheating others?

You get a commission on each sale. But the goods you sell, while technically are as offered, are usually thinly disguised junk. Not illegal but is this what you were thinking of when you started looking for legitimate work from home jobs?
4. The credit repair scam. A company pays you to send out mails offering to repair credit ratings. If you get a positive response, you need to get all their financial information and pass it on to the parent company. Yes, you will get paid. But many of these companies use this information for barely legal, if not illegal, purposes.
These are just examples of the many ways you can get involved in scams. Carefully check out every work from home option before you get involved. Even the most legitimate seeming ones may have a seamy underbelly.
Most work from home jobs are legitimate. But there are enough doubtful ones to make it essential for you to check out every offer you receive or respond to in detail. Ask for details on procedures, policies, goods and services. Its bad to get scammed. Its even worse to perpetuate these scams on others. And there is no need to. There are enough legitimate work from home jobs available.
